| SHIPPING
During check out you will determine how your order will be shipped (either FEDEX Freight or UPS). If you are eligible for free shipping All State Distributors NE, Inc. reserves the right to determine how your order will be shipped. You will be notified of carrier and estimated delivery date once your order has been processed and payment has been received.
Shipping times will vary depending on the items that are in your order. Please pay close attention to item availability on the information page of each item. Your order will ship based on the availability of the item that has the longest shipping time (IE: if one item has 2-3 week availability and the others have 2-7 days, then your order will ship in 2-3 weeks). If you choose to have part of your order ship while you wait until the other items become available please notify us on the check out pages. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for partial/split shipments.
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing All State Distributors NE, Inc. with a complete and accurate delivery address (Please see Ordering). All State Distributors NE, Inc. does everything it can to verify that the customer has entered their complete and correct delivery address including asking you to verify it after it is entered. You, the customer, also agree that anybody who is present at the delivery address and who takes delivery of the products shipped by All State Distributors NE, Inc. is authorized by you to do so.
All State Distributors NE, Inc. will make every effort to ensure that our products will be shipped to you in a timely manner, however, we cannot be held liable for any deliveries that arrive at the Customers delivery address late. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier by All State Distributors NE, Inc., we are not able to control when the shipment will arrive at the specified delivery address.
All of the items that are available for purchase through All State Distributors NE, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. What this means is that once we hand off the products for delivery to a carrier, you bear the risk that the products become lost.
RETURNS
Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All State Distributors NE, Inc. reserves the right to deny an item return for any reason. To submit a return request you must contact us at 1-800-257-6617 or email us at Returns within five (5) business days of the delivery of the product in order to be considered for a return. Once five (5) business days have passed, the items are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges they incur in order to return the product to All State Distributors NE, Inc and any applicable re-stocking fees.
If a return is authorized and once we receive the products that you are returning, we will refund the charge for the cost of the product and any applicable taxes that you paid or we will be glad to ship you out a replacement. All State Distributors NE, Inc. will not refund any part of the charge until the returned products have been received in our warehouse. Shipping and Handling charges on the order are non-refundable. |
