Once you are on our main page, you can browse through the website and become accustomed to the set-up of our site. We’ve designed our site so that it is easy to use and find what you are looking for. If you are not logged in to your personal account you will still be able to see the products that All State Distributors NE, Inc. offers, but will not be able to retrieve pricing information. In order to check pricing on an item, you must log in to your personal account.
To Log In to your online account, you must enter your User Name and Password in the Log In section at the top left of the webpage.
After entering your User Name and Password make sure to select Sign In, this will sign you in to our secure website where you can place your order, view pricing and update your account information.
USER NAME AND PASSWORD Your User Name is the email address which you provided to All State Distributors NE, Inc. when you registered for an account, or when one of our representatives called you to request it. All correspondence regarding our website, including orders and shipping will be directed to the email address that was provided and serves as your User Name. If you would rather have us contact you via phone regarding online orders, please make sure to email our webmaster Kristen Prince at kp@allstatedistributors.com with this request.
If you created an account on your own, your password will be whatever you have chosen. If we have created an account for you your User Name and Password will have been emailed to you. In most cases, your password will have been set to include your account number followed by your initials. For Example, a customer with account number 00NY1000 and representative’s name Kristen Prince will have a password of 00NY1000KP.
After your first log in you may change your password at any time by logging in and going to the ‘My Account Info’ page.
We will retain the passwords of those customers who we have set up accounts for. If you created your own account, or changed your password after your first log in we will not have a record of your password. For this reason, we ask that you keep your password in a safe place where it will not be lost or forgotten. If you do forget your password, you may request a new one, but clicking forgotten password on the main log in page.
By choosing to use this site, you become responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of your account and password. You also are responsible for restricting access to your computer as well as for all activities that occur under your account or password. When your account is created you will be asked to enter your personal information including: name, email address, address, phone number, date of birth (to ensure that you are over the age of 18) and company details. We require that you enter your company’s FEIN number so that we can ensure you are either a re-seller or tax exempt business whom we can conduct business with. All information will be kept private and will be used only for the purpose of maintaining your online account. We will not share or disclose your information to any outside party (Please see our Privacy Notice for more details).
We have set up on online system so that it is simple and easy for you to use. After logging in to your account you will be able to view and change your account information.
You will be able to view previous orders, view and/or change your account information including shipping addresses, change your password and subscribe for newsletters and product notifications and specials.
Please be sure to update your account information whenever there is a change.
If there are multiple individuals who are responsible for placing orders at your company/facility please let us know and we will set each employee up with an individual account.
CATALOG AND PRODUCTS We have selected specific items to be sold on our website. We took each customer’s needs into consideration when determining which items would be available for purchase online. If there is an item that you would like to purchase from All State Distributors NE, Inc. but do not see on our website please contact us and we will be sure to find it for you.
You can also download our catalog in PDF format by visiting the CATALOG page. This version does not have pricing. If you would like pricing, you can either contact us for a price list, or log in to our website and fill in the pricing for the items that you are interested in. Unfortunately, there are times when our manufacturers must raise their prices due to a rise in cost of goods: this in turn requires us to raise our own pricing. Our website will always be kept up-to-date with current pricing, so please log in to check the pricing of an item if you have a question about an increase. If necessary, we will provide you with a manufacturers increase letter when available and if requested via email or phone.

ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the products it carries are available to ship to the customer when an order is placed. However, circumstances may arise in which a product on our website is unavailable for shipment. We will may every effort to notify the customer before they place an order as to the status of the products in their order.
Since ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. carries third-party products, we cannot control the availability of these Manufacturers products on a day to day basis. If a product in the Customers order is currently out of stock, we will allow the Customer the option of either shipping the products that are available, and then shipping the remainder when it comes in, or the option of waiting for all the products to become available at which point the order will be shipped complete (Please see Shipping).
ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. also reserves the right to limit the quantity of any items that you purchase. We may do so even after you have placed your order with us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

SEARCH
The items that we offer have been set up under categories for ease of use and navigation through the site. The categories have been set up under main categories, and then sub categories under each main heading; in some instances you may find items under sub categories of sub categories.
If you are looking for a specific product and do not wish to browse through our site using the categories that are listed on the top right of the webpage you can either search using our search query or by brand. Please note that not all brands are represented under our brand search, and using this search method may result in a significant decrease in the item search results.
The best way to find a specific product that you are looking for is to browse through our categories or use our search query. When using our search query please be as specific as possible to find a specific item, or general when interested in a category or type of item. You can also search by category, price range, or key word.
ORDERING Once you have logged in to your account you can browse through our products and place orders. Your account has been set up so that each item has your own pricing in place. To place an order, click on the item you wish to purchase. You will then need to add the quantity of the item that you wish to order. *Please note the product case size when ordering and remember that you are ordering each item as described in the case quantity line on the product information page. (IE: Some products are sold as cases, others are sold individually). Once you have selected the quantity you wish to purchase you must add the item to your cart using the “Add to Cart” button.
**Please pay attention to each item’s availability. Some of our items have different availability due to the type of item that it is and could affect the delivery time. Please contact us if you have questions about the delivery times for each item. (Please also see Shipping).
After the item is added to your cart you will be brought to the page which allows you to see what is in your shopping cart. If you wish to continue to add items to your order you can select “Continue Shopping.” If you wish to check you, you can check out by selecting “Checkout.” You can also update the quantity of any items in your shopping cart or remove items by inputting the new quantity or checking remove item and then selecting “Update.”
Once you have completed adding items to your order, you must select “Checkout.” This will bring you to the Delivery Information page. Based upon your account type and status you will be able to select from pre-determined shipping methods. If no shipping methods are available then your account has been deemed eligible for free shipping.
Once on the Delivery Information page please make sure that the correct shipping address is shown. You can change the shipping address by selecting the “Change Address” button on this page.
Next, please select your shipping method. We ship online orders via FEDEX Freight or UPS depending upon the size and weight of each order and your shipping selection; if you receive free shipping we will determine which carrier to use to ship your order (Please see Shipping for more information).
If you have chosen to purchase items that are marked with *** we currently do not have them in stock. Please select if you’d like us to wait to ship your order until these items come in, or to ship your order without these items. If you choose to ship your order without these items additional shipping fees may apply to ship the item when it is no longer backordered. (Please see Shipping).
Once you have verified your shipping address, selected your shipping method and determined how you’d like backordered items shipped you should click “Continue.” Once on the Payment Information page please make sure that the correct billing address is shown. You can change the billing address by selecting the “Change Address” button on this page.
You will also be required to enter your payment information. Based upon your account type and status you will be able to select from pre-determined payment methods. Credit Card is our preferred method of payment for all online orders. Based upon your account eligibility and status, you may also be able to select to pay by check. If you are eligible to pay by check, this payment method will be displayed on the Payment Information page. (Please see Payment).
**If you use Purchase Order Numbers (PO) please make sure to enter it at the bottom of the page in the Comments/PO number section.
Once you have confirmed all Payment Information you should click “Continue.” This will bring you to an order confirmation page where you can make final changes to your order before it is submitted for processing. Once you have confirmed that all information in your order is correct you should click “Confirm Order.”
Your order will NOT be submitted until you click on this button.
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation via email.
Please note that pricing for items that are sold by ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. are not capable of being confirmed until you order them. ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. will not charge your credit card however, until the items have entered the shipping process. If the correct price of an item is higher than what is listed on ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. , we will contact you for instructions before the order enters the shipping process or we will cancel the order and notify you of the reasoning behind the cancellation.
Once you have placed an order through ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. , canceling the order depends on how far along the order has gone through our system. If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed with us, please e-mail us as soon as possible to kp@allstatedistributors.com. If we have not yet processed your order, we will attempt to cancel it at no charge to you.
SPECIALS Items listed on our Specials page have been discounted for sale on our website. Items listed as “Specials” on our website may or may not be discounted for sale over the phone. If you would like to order an item that is on Special but do not want to order online, please call to see if the discount can be applied to a phone order. Special conditions may apply for items on special and will be disclosed upon notification of special.
PAYMENT
There are two methods of payment available when ordering on our website: Credit Card and Check. Credit Card is our preferred method of payment for all online orders. We accept all major credit cards. Based upon your account eligibility and status, you may also be able to select to pay by check.
Your eligibility to pay by check is based on your account type and the conditions that have been set forth by our agreement with your company/facility. If you would like to pay by check and would like to be set up on payment terms, please contact us for a credit application, we reserve the right to accept or deny any applications for any reason. If you are eligible to pay by check, this payment method will be displayed on the Payment Information page.
Your credit card information will be sent through a secure server (SSL) and will not be at risk for identity theft. We have also added an extra layer of security on our site by requiring that a CVV2 number be input with your credit card information. We do not automatically process your credit card payment until the order has been reviewed by our customer service team. Once the order is reviewed, we will process your credit card payment, if there are any problems with the processing of your payment you will be notified via email or phone. If we are unable to secure payment using the credit card information that you’ve provided you will be responsible for furnishing another method of payment before the order is shipped.
By submitting your credit card information, you have agreed to allow All State Distributors NE, Inc. to process your credit card for payment for the total of your order.
Orders WILL NOT ship until payment is received (unless prior arrangements have been made with All State Distributors NE, Inc.)
SHIPPING
During check out you will determine how your order will be shipped (either FEDEX Freight or UPS). If you are eligible for free shipping All State Distributors NE, Inc. reserves the right to determine how your order will be shipped. You will be notified of carrier and estimated delivery date once your order has been processed and payment has been received.
Shipping times will vary depending on the items that are in your order. Please pay close attention to item availability on the information page of each item. Your order will ship based on the availability of the item that has the longest shipping time (IE: if one item has 2-3 week availability and the others have 2-7 days, then your order will ship in 2-3 weeks). If you choose to have part of your order ship while you wait until the other items become available please notify us on the check out pages. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for partial/split shipments.
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. with a complete and accurate delivery address (Please see Ordering). ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. does everything it can to verify that the customer has entered their complete and correct delivery address including asking you to verify it after it is entered. You, the customer, also agree that anybody who is present at the delivery address and who takes delivery of the products shipped by ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. is authorized by you to do so.
ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. will make every effort to ensure that our products will be shipped to you in a timely manner, however, we cannot be held liable for any deliveries that arrive at the Customers delivery address late. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier by All State Distributors NE, Inc., we are not able to control when the shipment will arrive at the specified delivery address.
All of the items that are available for purchase through ALL STATE DISTRIBUTORS NE, INC. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. What this means is that once we hand off the products for delivery to a carrier, you bear the risk that the products become lost.
RETURNS
Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All State Distributors NE, Inc. reserves the right to deny an item return for any reason. To submit a return request you must contact us at 1-800-257-6617 or kp@allstatedistributors.com within five (5) business days of the delivery of the product in order to be considered for a return. Once five (5) business days have passed, the items are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges they incur in order to return the product to All State Distributors NE, Inc and any applicable re-stocking fees.
If a return is authorized and once we receive the products that you are returning, we will refund the charge for the cost of the product and any applicable taxes that you paid or we will be glad to ship you out a replacement. All State Distributors NE, Inc. will not refund any part of the charge until the returned products have been received in our warehouse. Shipping and Handling charges on the order are non-refundable.
